We would recommend you book our taxi driver who will bring you directly to our villa.

Our cleaners will ensure the property is thoroughly cleaned before your stay. If you prefer our cleaner visits during your stay, we can arrange that for you at a cost of $100 usd per day.

Yes, our property manager will visit the property at a time convenient for you to ensure the garden, fruit trees, vegetables and pool is maintained and cleaned.

We have invested in off-grid and eco-friendly technology at the villa including solar water heating, water filter systems to avoid plastic waste, LED lighting, rain water storage for all toilets and garden water, reflective UV window tinting, roof insulation, septic tank and inverter air conditioning. We encourage our guests to practise sustainability, live off our land and recycle food and waste where possible.

Champagne Du Cap is one of the strongest and safest residential buildings on the island, confirmed by multiple structural engineers who have inspected the building. We have invested further to protect the villa with hurricane shutters. We also have invested in a back-up generator to ensure you always have electricity and water. In the unfortunate event a tropical storm or hurricane hits during your visit, you can be assured that you will be safe in the villa.
